Your voice changes week to week, and it helps to have someone listening.
Once a week, you send me a voice note: where your voice is right now, what's opening, what's stuck, a song you're learning, a poem you're ready to read aloud, a no you're practising, or something you're about to post or share. I listen properly and send you a personal voice note back, with feedback and often a personalised resource, practice or sacred assignment for your week. I reply Monday to Friday.
If you'd rather not be the one who starts, tell me and I'll reach out first each week with a small prompt. You're held either way.
