Love + Voice + Self Expression 🤍

Sing Your Heart Open begins Tuesday. Join us to stop shrinking and start expressing with steadiness and ease.

Hey lovable Reader 🤍,

I want to reclaim Valentine’s Day as a day for all hearts.

For the ones in love.
For the ones grieving.
For the ones quietly rebuilding.
For the ones who feel alone.
For the ones who learned, somewhere along the way, that it was safer to stay quiet than to be fully seen.

Because the heart is not just romantic.

The heart is the source of your voice.

And when what lives in your heart is allowed to rise through your throat and out into the world, there is balance. A natural flow. A feeling of alignment.

But when it hasn’t felt safe to be heard, something else happens.

We swallow our truth. We shrink our expression. We freeze when attention turns toward us. We second-guess ourselves right after we speak. We sing smaller than we really are.

Over time, that creates shame. Self-doubt. Disconnection.

So today, I want to offer you something simple.

Place one hand on your heart.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
Let it out with an audible sigh.

And softly and slowly repeat:

✨ I am worthy of love.
✨ I am worthy of being heard.
✨ I am worthy of taking up space.

Let your body actually feel those words.

✨ True, authentic expression begins when your body feels safe enough to let your heart move.

And that is exactly what we’ll be practicing inside Sing Your Heart Open, beginning Tuesday.

Over 7 days, in just 5–10 minutes a day, you’ll begin to change how your body responds to being seen.

You’ll practice singing without shame. You’ll start noticing that you don’t freeze as quickly when you speak. You’ll feel more steady sharing what’s actually on your heart, and less likely to spiral into self-doubt afterward.

These are small daily shifts, but they create real nervous system change and a more confident, balanced voice.

If your heart feels ready for that, I would love to welcome you.

✨ It’s time to let your voice rise so your heart can shine.

We begin Tuesday 🤍

From my heart to yours,
Francie ✨

Tomorrow I’ll be at The Yoga Barn with Jim Beckwith aka Hanuman Das, for Songs for the Heart — a live singing and sound journey for all hearts. If you’re in town, come join us.

Wise in Her Ways & the Women who helped it travel

Hey lovely Reader, More than ten years ago I was singing on the beach in Koh Phangan with a sister when a song by Lena Moon called Wise in Her Ways found its way to me. I felt an immediate connection. One of those moments when a song lands in your heart and you know it’s meant to travel. And somehow, that’s exactly what happened. Around that time my soul sister Lindsey Wise was pregnant with her third child and invited me to her blessing way. I felt called to come to Bali to share the song...
